Return Policy

Follow these instructions within 10 days of receipt of merchandise in order to receive credit. We will refund 100% of the price upon the return of the merchandise. We will not refund any shipping costs on return item or exchange.

1) Email customerservice@eucalyptus-stoneware.com to request a return authorization number.

2) Repack product carefully in original box and include a copy of the order. No credit will be issued if merchandise is received damaged.

3) Write return authorization number on outside of box.

4) Ship back , at your own expense, to Eucalyptus Stoneware: 2201 San Dieguito Dr, Del Mar, Ca 92014 C/O Returns.

5) If you are exchanging merchandise, your credit card will be charged the appropriate shipping cost as well as any difference in product value.

Credit or exchange will be issued only if claim is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

During the holiday season, our return policy is extended to 45 days from ship date.
